Active Scale Manufacturing is seeking a positive and enthusiastic Welder for a full-time position. Responsibilities: - MIG welding 0.45 Hardwire - Maintain a clean workstation and follow health & safety standards - Verify welds to ensure they meet specifications - Ensure timelines are met - Other duties as needed Skills & Qualifications: - CWB Certification: GMAW an asset - Experience with MIG welding - Overhead crane and forklift experience, will train - Interpersonal skills Compensation: - Hourly wage dependent on skill and experience - Overtime may be available during peak production - Group benefits after 3 month probation period - Uniform Allowance
