About St. Thomas.  Seasons St. Thomas is a retirement home that will provide a wide spectrum of care options including independent retirement community living, independent supportive living, assisted living and memory care.  There will be extensive amenity spaces including an indoor walking track and beautifully landscaped gardens. Ideally located, Seasons St. Thomas is close to the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital, and is within walking distance to shopping and shuttle programs to tourist attractions such as the St. Thomas Port Stanley tourist rail line.

In addition, the successful candidate will be required to project the appropriate image and focus on customer services in their dealings with residents, families and guests.

Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills are essential, as is excellence in achieving continuous quality improvements. Related experience within the seniors housing industry is an asset.
