Key activities:
We are looking for a charismatic and savvy Events Technician to play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience that
connects remote speakers and audiences. This role operates at the intersection of technical know-how and superior customer

experience. Professional communication, attention to detail and the ability to multitask, all while remaining calm under pressure,
are pre-requisites to success.
You will be routinely interacting virtually with event coordinators, facilitators and speakers helping to prepare for events and
troubleshooting technical issues in real-time.
- •Experience working with AV technology and video conferencing technologies, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meets
- •Customer focused with professional presentation and approach
- •Service mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- •Experience with virtual events and livestreams,
- •Flexible and adaptable to new products, servers and systems,
- •Strong problem solving and solution finding skills,
- •Strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude,
- •Ability to identify, communicate and mitigate risks to project success,
- •Bilingualism in both English and French is preferred.
