Cedarwood Village in Simcoe ON is seeking a fun-loving Program Assistant that is dedicated, energetic and above all passionate about helping our residents with activities of daily living.
Requirements:
- You MUST have a Current Degree or Diploma in Recreation and Leisure, Therapeutic Recreation, Gerontology or other related field from a community college or university in order for your application to be considered
- Experience in Dementia care and Montessori Programs an asset
- RAI/MDS
- Preference will be given to individuals who have previous Long Term Care experience
- Must have a sincere interest in people, the elderly in particular, and possess a genuine sensitivity to their needs
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Good Standing Driving Record to be easily insured
