  • Assist customers with requests in the office and on the phone
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
  • Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner
  • Keep an eye on inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
  • Schedule and organize upcoming training
  • Support the trainers, sales team and owner
  • AR duties such as entering invoices, taking payments & collections
  • AP responsibilities include but not limited to payment of all invoices
  • Audit payroll & commissions

Qualifications for Office Manager:

  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • High level of computer proficiency
  • Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solving
  • Website development an asset
