Description: 

A Tillsonburg medical office is looking for a part-time, energetic Medical Office Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills.  The individual they are looking for will thrive in an extremely fast paced environment where they can expect several interruptions. This individual must be a strong multi-tasker who possesses exceptional customer service skills – both in person and over the telephone.  A professional demeanor and appearance are essential.

Requirements: 
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (i.e. Health Care Office Assistant/Personal Support Worker) and/or related work experience are required

  • Exemplary multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities

  • Be confident with handling multi-line telephone system

  • Medical terminology and competency with using a computer are both essential

  • Processing Physician orders

  • Proficient problem solving abilities

  • Passion for working in a customer service role with a drive to set and exceed high standards

Hours will be scheduled between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and will range from 1 day per week to 5 days per week. Wage is dependent upon experience.
