Description: 

We are searching for a highly motivated and well-organized individual who has training or work experience in sales and marketing, preferably with a knowledge of the live event industry. The Sales Support Specialist will be a key member of Ticketwindow Inc Sales organization, providing digital media marketing and sales support for our clients. 

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of ticketing, event marketing, or similar work environment.
  • University/College Degree/Diploma – preferably in business management and/or experience in lieu of degree
  • Able to effectively communicate product value to customers with wide range of proficiency levels, across a variety of markets.
  • Ability to multi-task in nature and able to sustain some travel-centric lifestyle (North America).
  • Strong written, interpersonal and communications skills a must.
Requirements: 

1. Manage and create campaigns, and ongoing optimization of digital marketing and social media activities for lead generation.
2. Develop an overall sales strategy for lead generation through websites, social media, chat, email & newsletters to make those leads available for further sales processes and to drive business.
3. Work closely with company to plan and develop customer accounts.
4. Work with prospective customers to demonstrate the product via the web.
5. Attend networking events, tradeshows, and conferences.
6. Ability to make presentations using Power Point or other presentation tools.
7. Plan and conduct continued follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with the product.
