Thank you for helping make this night possible. We appreciate all your efforts helping raise awareness and support for London Health Sciences Centre and all areas of the hospital Lymphoma touches.

Event Overview: 

Lip Sync 4 Lymphoma (L4L) is inspiring others to give back by posting a video of themselves or group of friends on socials and encouraging people to vote, like, share and join in.

The Top 10 voted videos will perform their live lip sync at L4L on October 17, 2019 for a chance to win up to $1,000! This is where we need your help.

Roles include:

Set Up (6 - 8 people required)

1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Set up will take place before the event and will help to ensure the flow and layout for the evening are perfect. Areas of support will include setting up decor and sponsored areas, registration and voting tables, and AV/ band support.  Heavy lifting and being on your feet will be required, so wear something comfortable and bring sensible footwear.

Registration (4 people required)

6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Volunteers will be checking guests in upon arrival. Guest lists will be provided along with wrist bands for people of legal drinking age.

Voting Station: (4 - 6 people required)

6:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

Volunteers will be required to accept payment and add votes to the back end of the system. Volunteers must feel comfortable on the computer, tablet or smartphone. Stations will be set up for accepting payment and uploading offline donations. 

Voting Street Team: (4 - 6 people required)

6:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

Volunteers will be helping guests make donations throughout the crowd. Point of sale machine or tablets will be provided to help guests place votes with ease. Volunteers must feel comfortable on the computer, tablet or smartphone and be outgoing!

Tear Down (All hands on deck)

10:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

All items need to be removed and loaded into appropriate vehicles. Heavy lifting and being on your feet will be required so wear something comfortable and bring sensible footwear.

Additional Information

  • We request that all volunteers arrive at Centennial Hall by 5:15 PM for training
  • L4L white t-shirts will be provided
  • Snacks and beverages (water, pop, etc.) will be provided
  • Parking is available at Centennial Hall, on the street or other city parking lots within the area
