WSC Lighting Systems (Wharton Sales Co Ltd) is searching for an Inside Sales Representative to join us as an important member of our Sales Organization. Duties include:
- Receiving inbound RFQs to format and generate Quotations
- Fielding and responding to inquiries in regards to quoting and specs
- Entering Quotes to Quotation System
- Assisting other Customer Support / Quotation Specialists
- Working with distributors, contractors, and manufacturers to compile bill of material for prospective projects
- Making pricing recommendations based on project requirements and competition
- Checking inventory for product availability and verifying prices
- Providing technical information
- Following up with customers over the phone to close and win jobs
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Polished Customer Service capabilities
- PC literacy, including ability to work with Microsoft Office programs
- High attention to detail and very strong organizational skills
- Knowledge in fields of Construction, Engineering or Electrical with ability to read and interpret specifications a valuable asset
