Description: 

Sykes Assistance Services is looking for full-time Customer Experience Representatives.  The incumbents in this role will act as the first and single point of contact for customer and dealer inquiries related to Automotive or non-Automotive product lines and for both Retail and Lease accounts.  You will provide courteous customer care while delivering clear and accurate information and will act to provide prompt and professional service by answering internal and external customers’ inquiries using a customer-centric approach.  The Customer Experience Representative will strive to exceed customer expectations by maximizing first contact resolution while reinforcing the company and its philosophy to ensure customer retention.

To be successful, you must have problem-solving skills, an empathetic demeanour and be adaptable. Excellent communication skills, diplomacy as well as being respectful also aid in your success on the job.  You are accurate in your data entry, confident in helping people and diligent in completing your assigned work with pride. You’re good with computers and available to work a variety of 8-hour shifts between 8:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday.

Related Education:

  • High school diploma or greater

 

Requirements: 
  • Six months of direct Customer Service experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office is an asset
