  • This marketing role will be responsible for several stores from an “on-the-ground” marketing standpoint
  • A comprehensive understanding of the businesses, community and demographic are imperative
  • Daily maintenance of the website (including monthly promo offers, inventory, creating a monthly scorecard)
  • Daily maintenance and content creation on social, this includes but isn’t limited to:
  • creating content calendar based on strategy provided from brand manager
  • writing approved content
  • shooting content, working with externals or internals to get this done
  • monthly reporting * Merchandising inventory online, in store and lot
  • Taking initiative to find unique marketing opportunities within the store to drive traffic & awareness and ultimately, sales
  • Attend rooftop management meetings to better understand the business
  • Follow the necessary process for coop redemption
  • Focus on lifestyle, accessories, parts and service offerings by creating content around this part of the business and assist in building promotions & offers
  • Ensure Pfaff brand standards set by Customer Experience Manager are adhered to and provide feedback on any necessary optimizations
  • Compile monthly offers and create email campaigns, digital campaigns by submitting brief to our creative team at Head Quarters
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer segmentation information provided by Customer Experience Manager and use this information to build strategic marketing plans
  • Execute events for the store with Head Quarters support
  • Execute local events both in community & in store (build events calendar) and develop way to share this information amongst other stores
  • Manage stores marketing budget for events, sponsorship, media and POS
  • Align in store POS with masterbrand efforts and in-store promotion
  • Attend weekly or bi-weekly meetings with Marketing Director at Head Quarters
  • Ensure the dealership has a strong level of Pfaff brand presence and adhere to masterbrand guidelines
  • Monitor competitive activity within the respective market
  • Consistently meet with new vendors to bring new ideas & pricing to the table
  • Monthly monitoring of invoicing / accounting related to Marketing and ensure it’s aligned with overall budget
  • Have some capacity for working on Photoshop / InDesign to create quick graphics
  • Candidates must be graduates of either a college or university marketing program (degree or diploma), and have 2-3 years of experience in a similar skill and work setting.
