The Position:
We are seeking a talented Architectural Technologist (Junior or Intermediate) to join our offices’ design team to work primarily in Revit on production residential single and multi-family housing throughout Southern Ontario. This is a full-time position out of our Orangeville office.
Qualifications/Responsibilities/Skills required:

Graduate of a recognized Architectural Technology program

In good standing and current with a BCIN number for Housing

Ability to apply OBC Part 9 requirements effectively

Minimum of (Junior 2 to 3, Intermediate 4 to 7) years previous relevant experience

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit

Proficient with Adobe Acrobat

Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite of tools.

Understanding of CADD standards
-
Ability to produce, coordinate and complete construction documents

Ability to develop and implement technical solutions
-
Relevant experience in an architectural/residential design practice

Ability and desire to work and communicate in a team environment

Excellent command of English (Written and verbal language skills)

Motivated, organized, responsible, and have a positive attitude

Ability to juggle multiple jobs, meet deadlines, and work within a tight schedule and fast-paced environment
