The Position:

We are seeking a talented Architectural Technologist (Junior or Intermediate) to join our offices’ design team to work primarily in Revit on production residential single and multi-family housing throughout Southern Ontario. This is a full-time position out of our Orangeville office.

Qualifications/Responsibilities/Skills required:

  1. Graduate of a recognized Architectural Technology program

  2. In good standing and current with a BCIN number for Housing

  3. Ability to apply OBC Part 9 requirements effectively

  4. Minimum of (Junior 2 to 3, Intermediate 4 to 7) years previous relevant experience

  5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit

  6. Proficient with Adobe Acrobat

  7. Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite of tools.

  8. Understanding of CADD standards

  9. Ability to produce, coordinate and complete construction documents

  10. Ability to develop and implement technical solutions

  11. Relevant experience in an architectural/residential design practice

  12. Ability and desire to work and communicate in a team environment

  13. Excellent command of English (Written and verbal language skills)

  14. Motivated, organized, responsible, and have a positive attitude

  15. Ability to juggle multiple jobs, meet deadlines, and work within a tight schedule and fast-paced environment
