  • Reporting to the VP of Finance and Human Resources
  • Full Time Position
  • Match and Process invoices from Vendors
  • Daily filing of paperwork
  • Answering calls as they come in
  • Responding to email correspondence in a timely manner
  • Prepare and Process approved payments to Vendors
  • Assist with other Office Tasks as required
  • Willing to train the successful candidate
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Willing to learn in a face paced environment
  • An understanding of Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Reliable and Accountable
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Able to start as soon as possible
