Description: 
  • Duties & requirements include:
  • Staging product from warehouse for milling orders
  • Setup of production equipment for milling
  • Cleaning and disinfection of milling line equipment
  • Completion of documents associated with production and quality control/assurance
  • Preparation of samples for labs and customers
  • Maintaining clean work area and utensils for milling
  • Capability to lift minimum 20-25 kg regularly
  • Ability to work on feet for 8-10 hours
  • Ability to work independently with food safe and health/safety practices
  • Assist in shipping/receiving of products
  • HACCP Team member
  • Other duties as assigned 
Requirements: 
  • Prior food production setting experience and knowledge of HACCP programs
  • Knowledge and experience with cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance processes
  • Experience with farm equipment e.g. tractors, augers, forklifts and building repairs
